First Group Go-Live with A-iP to automate 700,000 invoices per annum. First Group’s business case was based on achieving a no touch process on 40% of their total document volume. On Go-Live, A-iP delivered a no touch process on 50% of their documents.

We have continued working with First Group on post go live improvements to increase the no touch percentage. Improving first time match is an iterative process as you need to assess the impact of the latest set of changes before the next set of improvements can be deployed.
