Costs

A-iP delivers process efficiencies and cost savings from day one with no capital investment and the continuous improvement consultancy provided as part of the service will drive further savings throughout the term.

The service is charged on a per document basis, monthly in arrears, based on the volume of documents received into your SAP system. We only charge for the service once it's in production so the risk is on us to get the implementation right.

There are no upfront costs for software and implementation consultancy. Helpdesk support, new versions of the software and continuous improvement consultancy is included in the per document charges. 
The service enables customers to reap the benefits of automated accounts payable immediately on go live and the service is paid for by the savings it generates.
